Not sure what happened? The only thing I changed was adding 100 calories to my daily intake. I guess I need to go back to 1200. I thought with my 5 workouts a week I needed more food.Maybe not?

I agree with MirkaWell...don't panic!! Your workouts are changing the fat into lean muscle and because you are working the muscles continuously, you will have some edema due to inflammation. Keep eating that protein and carbs after your workouts - it helps the body heal faster!! ~ * You Got This!! * ~
