That's amazing! That makes me think that all the exercise is keeping your metabolism going even when you choose to take some time off! That's awesome for the long term maintenance of the final weight goal!

It isn't that I've chosen to take time off. My schedule this past week just won't allow it. It doesn't revert to normal till next week. Believe me, I've been run off my feet over the past week.

Great work, I am getting close to being under 200 which is such an incredible feeling I am sure. You are moving along nicely......keep up the good work....

Wow, you are doing fantastic. And another new skinny photo. You should put a before & after pic in that FS thread. It seems to be very motivating to a lot of people.
