94 days since my last weigh-in. Sorry I've ben absent for so long everyone, I've spent the last 3 months traveling for work and it was just unrealistic to try to keep up with FatSecret.
So explanation for the 13 lb. weight gain? I stopped tracking my food on here but I stuck to my habits, and continued to train hard at the gym.
I've added significant mass to my back and shoulders which was a major goal I had set, was this 100% of the 13 lbs.? Nope, gained a little bit of fat in the process as you always do.
Either way, 182 lbs. beats the 240 lbs. that I once was.
Today is day 1 of shooting for that 160 lb. goal once again, I've got my Tupperware containers full of chicken, broccoli, and brown rice for the day and a rough leg session planned for the gym tonight.
