My exercise physiologist had a chat with me last week about my "weight management" and my promise to my GP that I would be 80kg by Christmas. That motivation sent me back to low carb (my choice) with a better attitude. This journey is for me, my health, literally my life, not to impress anyone else. I'm up for this now! Watch me fade, lol.
