Work has been more challenging. I have a new boss for last 2 years who thrives on making others feel bad. So, I've started doing more work away, conference, etc., to restore my sense of satisfaction and remove myself from her toxic environment. It's a temporary fix, but hopefully gives me the space I need to regroup and consider how best to proceed.
