😩😩😩😩😩. Time to start being more aware - it such a slippery slope gaining back what we work so hard to shed! Goal for me is maintenance and I’m slowly gaining.
75,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 0,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 1,6 kg a Settimana

In all honesty, after 1.8yrs and 70 lbs, I thought I had a sense for what works for me. Or so I thought! I’ve maintained for about 8 months. The change of late? I’ve added dessert and wine a couple times a week. Also snacks. Can't go back there so have to find my resolve again. Take care!

you van Hove your snack, and wait regaon will happen for maybe a bound or to. maybe just cut the whine and make sure you put the app on maintenance mode.

Where do you put the app in maintenance mode? Been searching in settings 🤷🏻‍♀️

In settled ng, it's under RDI, under goal. You went from weight loss to maintenance, it will calculate how much cals you need to maintain your weight.
