Glad to see any drop for today - yesterday I went to a buffet with friends and while what I ate was not terrible, the amount was a it much, and the salt that made everything taste so good was a lot more than I would use at home. Be thankful for every ounce lost. It took several years to gain this flab, it will not come off overnight!
