Day 17 on Induction, and I just weighed in; I'm down another 5 pounds, but I must admit I was expectimg it to be more. However, I'll take the 5; at least my weight is still headed in the right direction, which is DOWN.
147,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 11,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Rogue, 5 pounds down is good too. This first week of induction I only lost 4 pounds, was hoping for more too. We will get there my friend. :)
