It's been a slow grind with the weight loss. I seem to be balancing out and just losing little bits here and there. I have upped my game in the past week or so. I signed up for Aqua fit classes at the community pool starting next week and I finally got my own gym membership. I was at the mercy of my friend taking me since September. We usually go twice a week but sometimes she would bow out. Now I have no excuses. I also started drinking the hibiscus tea again every day. I've added both flax seed and ginger to my daily diet. I've got some other tweaks to make so hoping that by the end of the week I can be down at least 1-2 lbs.
