🙏 Gratitude-Walked through the woods in the lite rain 40 minutes after coffee/half&half. HR in zone 1&2. Had a little blood sugar spike afterwards. Need to get my meals in check so I don’t feel so hungry before bed. Stop eating by 5
Goals:
Eat 3 square meals a day
500 calories each
1500 calories a day to reach 150 by October.
Fasted morning workouts will get my day started off in the right direction.
