Diario di NatashaChiara, 11 lug 15

I guess 190-92 is my happy weight at the moment? Though, in all honesty I haven't been very vigilant lately. This week I'm going back to measuring and weighing everything. I think, if I am able to manage it, that I am going to try just to stick with vegetables and chicken for the week. I have got to kick my chocolate habit =(

Anyway, I'm going to try a little then and now...

I had intended the then and now when I hit -40 but as I'm stuck at 190-92 here we go. Maybe this will serve as my motivation...

Awesome - you were gorgeous "before" but your face is glowing in the "after" - photo. Stay with it, you will move forward when your body is ready - you are down 30 pounds!

I agree with STT58 it's very important at what you have accomplished already! I need to heed that advice myself. You have motivated/encouraged me in so many way's as I follow your weight loss journey.

You dont have give up Chocolate! In fact dark chocolate that is at least 72% cacao is good due to antioxidants. If you go into bakery aisle of a store and buy 100% Hershey's Cocoa Natural Unsweetened and combine a tbsp with say plain greek yogurt, add raspberries to it, you have a good chocolate snack. The Hershey's itself is zero sugar, and only .5 in fat. Also, in candy aisle there is a brand of bars that has 72% on it, Godiva I believe, if you get the pack that has individual serving sizes can eat one a week. Its one of the closest to purest ingredients as uses bitter chocolate i believe.

Thanks to each of you for your lovely comments and support. I am, for the most part, staying positive and it really did help me to look at the comparison. Posting those pictures side by side was the first time I saw them together that way and it made me feel good to actually SEE the progress. We all just have to keep pushing forward even if it is at a snail's pace! @JesusFollower777 OOOoooHhhh! Chocolate and raspberries with yogurt, I am trying that sometime this week!

30+ lbs is amazing! Way to go!! I am stuck here as well. I've been right around 185 forever! I'm ready to see the 170's! Good luck to you! Stick to it!

Usually when we crave chocolate cravings we are deficient in magnesium. Try taking magnesium citrate. Also, L-Glutamine helps get rid of sugar cravings. I did a 21 day sugar detox by Diane Sanfilippo and it really helped. Sugar is such an addiction its crazy. Great job. Keep up the good work.
