I did half an hour in the gym yesterday. I'd had a really tiring day, so I didn't feel like doing any more. I did 50 minutes on Sunday. I feel back in the groove after a week off. I really did put myself through it too.

Down another half-pound too. Little by little, I approach the target.

Thanks, both. I'm a few steps closer. I hope I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and not an oncoming train.
