I had to do a double take at the figures on my scales...oh wow I lost a full 1kg!! 🤗
I can feel my clothes sitting better around my chest and belly, bra not pinching me anymore either. Both visual methods reveal a positive result. Since my last report I've only had one night of insomnia, that's amazing for me and delightful. No cravings either phew! Have energy and feeling much better. Onwards and downwards I go!
