Past couple days: strength training workout in morning. Evening walk the hills, 10-15,000 steps. can not seem to keep calories under 1700, unless skip 2 meals. (Carbs are the culprit). 140-160g protein daily. trying to keep cals under 2000. This will be my game plan just got to stick to it every day.
