I’m little sad I gained but I know what contribute to the stress eating. I’m taking accountability for my gain and know that I’m going to do better. And not let LIFE get to me the things I can’t control. I’m going to be consistent with my journaling my food and make better healthier choices. Do my best to get some form of exercise in each day. Oh and most of all drink more water. Be kinder to myself when I stumble and not just say screw it and go buck wild and binge. I deserve to be healthy and happy. I GOT THIS!!
