Ok, I’ve got my routine down now.
First thing in morning: sunrise dance sesh, DnB, welcome the day, get body moving, get brain into “LIFE IS AMAZING” mode. Big glass of water with vitamins and collagen. Green tea. Relatively Easy full body Strength workout (just body weight, not ready to add weights yet) Using Calibre app. Stretch or YouTube for a yoga stretch session.
Then start the day. Cofee!! Yay!

Evening: 60mins of hill walks, pretty steep hills, up
And down (aiming for 10-20,000 steps per day, using heath app)
Calorie intake: 1900-2300cals
Protein: 140-160grams. Meats, fish, yogurt, whey supplement, collagen supplement.
Fat -Virgin olive, butter, cream, avo, nuts.
Trying for Minimal carbs that also contain protein- fresh organic sourdough bread (fancy local bakery just opened, and it’s hard to resist), buckwheat, quinoa or rice noodles.
No sugar no processed foods.
Yogurt with Honey, berries, vanilla, cinnamon for sweet cravings (to replace ice cream mostly, my absolute comfort food)
And
Sugar free chocolate from the health shop (sweetened with malitol, I dunno if this is bad??)

For dinners eat normal, big meal, with sides, enjoy it.
skip breakfast. Light lunch.
And repeat!
