I've been hovering slightly above this weight since having a big meal on Saturday evening so I'm not bothered that I haven't lost anything in the past week or so. My blood sugar is back to normal in the morning now so I expect the weight to start shifting again soon. I'd like to find a way to increase protein without increasing fat. I'm still no where near what I ought to be at unless I literally eat chicken breast at lunch and dinner and who wants to do that?!
