Diario di Michelle Moncur, 31 lug 15

This week has been one of the hardest weeks of gyming/dieting that I've had since I started. The lack of motivation... I think or hope that's it... I've been going strong for about 5 months now but never once felt the way I did this week. But trying to get my mind back into the correct mindset again. Which is no easy task, but will get there.

Hopefully getting my new bicycle this week or even next weekend. Maybe that will help for the motivation... The general problem is knowing the minimum recommended calories I must have. when I get into diet mode, it is easy to not eat enough and in that way also affect my weight loss... Constant battle!!!

But I WILL get there!!!
