I've been doing calories in calories out for 3 weeks now. I've been lifting weights 2-3 times a week with a minimum of 30 minutes cardio a day. my body hurts so much from fibromyalgia and I keep gaining. last November I was 154 pounds. I understand I just started menopause and hrt but I'm so unbelievably discouraged.
77,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 5,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
