Not too bad considering I havent been able to gym due to the flu and I am not officially on diet... Just eating smaller portions and trying to restrict my starch. Which is easier said than done.
95 kg Perso fino ad ora: 20 kg.    Rimanenti: 15 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Guess what Michelle!!! Spring is around the corner and we are going to get all back on our diet and exercises. I can't wait to have lots of fruit and a variety of salads. Now we are going to sweat it all out at gym and have fun. Good for you by trying to keep on with the diet while being sick. "Bytvas" my girl, you getting there!!

Yay!!! Cant wait to go swimming and all those other lekker stuff that comes with the heat. Salad and a biger variety of fruit and lots of sweat at the gym.... are we there yet?
