Good Sunday Morning. It is snowing lightly here in North Idaho. I am hoping to so shopping with my daughter today. Still looking for the perfect pair of pants. ha ha I really enjoy her company and look forward to any time spent with her. Getting my self mentally ready for the holidays. I am sure I will make it through, but it does make me a little nervous all those sweets laying around. Not so much at home but at work. I cannot believe January 19th will be one year on my new eating plan. It seems like yesterday. Well I have to go now you all have a perfect day. Remember you are the captain of your ship not others.
