Well I seem stuck in place. I can't seem to break the 220 mark. I have weighed 219 all of 3 times since 6/4 but never lasting more than one day. Meanwhile, my food rules and new routines are very commonplace and I have a lot more peace in my mind when it comes to thoughts or cravings about food. I take that as a win. I definitely do not want to be "on a diet" because every time I even consider limiting calories/fat/portions, etc., I spiral into some kind of binge. This part I have not gotten control over. I am feeling a bit despondent that I have made so many changes to my brain and way of thinking and have such nice habits and this is as far as that seems to be taking.
99,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,1 kg a Settimana

I know how you feel. I stopped losing weight for six months but since starting this program I’m finally losing again. Keep up the good habits it will payoff.
