Wow! How wonderfully amazing! I can't believe I weighed in at that today! What an encouragement! I decided that even though I don't want to mix work & this personal endeavour, it makes sense as the scale is somewhat accurate. Additionally, I decided to take a walk. I wasn't too tired to walk, but I knew after a 12h night I'd have no problem sleeping. I remembered that taking care of myself is one of many catalytic loving choices. I also decided getting walk-like exercise with the kids should count for now. I decided not to compromise & allow drastically more intense exercise as a substitute for walking.
