I've taken a break from the low carb lifestyle, for a while, for personal reasons. However, by cutting back in other ways, though my weight hasn't gone down, in the past month, at least it hasn't gone up. So, I'm presently maintaining, but will restart back into the lcwoe in the coming weeks. :-)
