Hi ~ if it is of any help to you hon, I've found a great page on Facebook called Low Carb Healthy Recipes and they have one a diet called "Lose 21lbs in 21 days" the recipes look sensational, colourful, filling & nourishing & although I'm not quite sure how I'll stick to it I think I am going to give it a red hot go ..... although I have lost 7kg in 32 days I think that changing up your diet & introducing new delicious foods into it so you feel like you're actually getting treats is a good thing because, after all were not looking for a temporary fix; we're looking at a long term lifestyle of healthy & nutritional eating and enjoying it as enthusiastically as the foodies do ~ so check out that site and good luck with it all 😜 👍🏽
