Okay, I'm going to get back on track and start all over - I did lose 10 lbs last spring on WW, but I need to get back on Atkins since I do so much better on that program. One step at a time - at least yesterday I went grocery shopping and cleaned the fridge, so I have lots of induction foods to choose from :)
