I have been up and down with weight,have not kept to a strict LCHF woe, to my detriment. I know carbs are the thing that spike my BS, just find it so difficult especially when eating out. I love curries, and I have not found a substitute for rice,even brown rice doesn't help. Haven't mastered cauliflower rice :-( Must be more strict with choices. Must get back to recording what I am eating. Thought I had mastered portion sizes (when recording) but I have not been keeping portions down ( if I like it I eat it !!! ). TRY AGAIN
