eventually lost a kilo... have been working my backside off to get here... (literally). I have started swimming laps in a 25m pool and having a ball at it. but the only muscles I feel are rhe ones in my backside... trying ro eat less starch and more gym but with mom being away I still have to cook and clean as well. so by my sleeping pattern has aslo changed, for the better I might add. but not as much of a weight loss as I expected... but its a start.
