Hi all.. I haven't been around for a while due to some personal issues, but I'm getting back onto the train again. I'm happy that I haven't gained the weight back, but I didn't meet my goal. I am going back to Phase I and will be hanging around again.
Glad to be back!

Congrats on the no gain...it is the best feeling! Hope all is getting well with your personal issues! Nothing like something happening in life to change everything...been there done that and still trying to pull through, but I know you can do this! You are so close to your goal, I know you can do it!
