Progress. I'm am back in the "blue" today I think and closer to the blue line. Wish I also felt better. I had a night of hot flashes from hell and woke up with a pain in my head right behind my right eye. UGH. Sometimes, once I get up and around I get to feeling better. I am hoping that is the case today since later today is our birthday lunch with my FIL. I'm having some protein cocoa/coffee as I type so we'll see if that kicks my good self into gear!!
Mom and I watched the last episode of Season 7 of CSI Las Vegas last night. Cliffhanger!!! Now do not tell me what happens, all you people who have actual television reception and do not experience your television series via Netflix!! Actually we've been buying the CSI series ... mom and I both really like it ... it's great for elliptical workouts!! I get caught up in the story ... even if I have seen it before!!
Already ... I think I might feel better. Being in an upright position helps I think. I'm going to finish my coffee and get on the elliptical for a bit. Then it is ironing, some "accounting", shower, dump, lunch!! The wind is blowing like crazy outside ... but still no snow!! Hmmmm.
So, today on this windy Sunday I am grateful for ...
1. another opportunity to see my father-in-law enjoy Mexican food!
2. the tenderness I saw in my friend's husband's eyes yesterday as he talked about her (she's recovering from a stroke in a rehab center)
3. tears ...

Well, CSI Las Vegas ends with that blonde lady finding out that she really was meant to be a circus performer instead of a CSI, so she leaves to join the Big Top. And, a strange series of coincidences lead the team to find...wait for it..... the REAL Elvis, alive and well. He's now a performer named Quinton who has a nightly magic show. All those Elvis sighting rumors were in fact true after all! Nah, of course I'm just kidding with you. I have never even watched the show. I am more of a "Lost" kind of gal! Can't wait for the final season. ;-)

Glad you're feeling better! What's up with those pains behind the eye - I get those, too! Is it related to the hot flashes? I get those, too! Congratulations on getting back in the 'blue'! I'm looking to you for inspiration! :)
