Very happy with my progress this week. I started jogging a bit on the treadmill this week. When I say jogging I mean my legs do go up and down more as opposed to walking but at a pretty slow pace. I started with 3 minutes walk/3 min jog. I was able to do 10 full minutes, walk 5 for just a bit then did my usual hour long course as usual. I really need to shake my routine up more often. I have been thinking about a place here that does a 10 week body shaping. It is a lot of punching and body bands and I don't know that that is for me. My gym has punching classes so maybe try one before committing. Then I was thinking maybe free weights. Meeting with a trainer and doing more with weight training. I can tell I am feeling restless....
