Diario di fattypatty, 20 set 07

I am in shock! I got on the scale this morning hoping to see 191. I was telling the scale to be nice before I looked down. I was so surprised and happy! I can't believe I made it to the 180's and so quickly! Usually I weigh myself everyday, but this week I won't because I don't want to see the 190's again. I know that if I would have brushed my teeth and gotten back on the scale I would gained that .2 back! But for now, I am in the 180's! Woooohoooo!!!!!!

86,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 8,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 11,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
