Alright, here I am again. Why is it when my life gets the least bit stressful I head for the crap food?
It makes me feel like chit. It is not good for me or my health AND I keep riding this roller coaster of weight loss and gain.
I am recommitting, today, the 21st of September. I cannot give up. I started out at 260 in December 2009. I felt awful and was sick all the time. I KNOW what works!
