Well its 2016!! I have to say 2015 was the best year of my life that I can remember. I maintained a weight that I havent been since i was in my 20's. Now with a personal trainer 2x a week and the end of a month long eating and drinking fiasco its time to shed a few lbs and get back to my happy place. Aiming for 135lbs which would be an new all time low.....9.5lbs to go !!!
65,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
