ive found this as well these last 7lb so hard. i have 4 left to go now keep going we will soon be at goal weight :)

Any loss is a big success. They all add up. Think of a stick of butter, and see how much 3 ounces is. You have lost that much fat.

They do, sometimes it's at a .2, .1 at a time, but hey it's all downward!
