I've spent the past week in Pensacola Beach, Florida with my family. I had really attempted to eat healthy by eating mostly steamed or grilled things but looking back on it, it was proabably more of the portion sizes that got me.
On the plus side, I came back not looking pasty white! Woo! And although I did gain about 10 lbs, I can see my collar bone again. It seems backwards to me but I'm not complaining!
