Diario di squigglywiggly, 12 ott 11

Woohoo another 200 grams! Hubby mentioned my butt is shrinking fast, and that my facial cheeks look slimmer too! In just 3 days!

All this from cutting out snacks and making sure I get 50 grams protein for breakfast and less than 25 total carbs per day.

I wish I had found out about leptin resistance and Dr Kruse earlier!

I can't remember the last time I was this excited!

Thanks! I am really excited, even my clothes are getting looser, in just 3 days! Really weird not snacking but it shows how much I was! Rockytu - this is a life changer for me!
