grrrrrrr....back up a pound.....this is getting frustrating.......
95,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 16,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,5 kg a Settimana

same here no matter how much I tweak its up two then three days later down one. Grrr is right.

I had to only weigh once a week........I don't need the stress daily

I was taking antibiotics and gained A POUND A DAY FOR 10 DAYS! Took me a week to take that weight off.

Hi Normajeanvas I hear you. I was on steroids last year and gained and gained over 14 bls have not lost any... steroids suck. Great that you lost it.

I can go up or down a pound just by how much water I drink or how late I sleep in (because if I sleep in, I wake up thirsty, so I've lost water in those few hours). I keep my eye on the long-term trend.

It can be so frustrating. I find that it helps to track all of my calories/foods here. Then I can see what types/amounts of foods have what effects on my weight over time. Good luck!
