I've been bs'ing with my diet and exercise for 15 years. However, recently a medicate "event" happened in my family that was a really eye opener. That 379 that you see... although its the same weight that you saw for my previous weigh-in, I'd actually gained 20 lbs since. Since the medicate event, I've taken that 20 back off. I understand why I need to lose weight now. There's no going back now. I'm ready to rock n roll!
