yesterday had my "free" day.. and still showed a lower weight this morning (didn't weigh in sunday... steady weight saturday)... jumped on my mom's scale.. showed me 4 lbs lighter... but my scale has always weighed high. but since its all i got right now i'm run with it. i'll work on getting another one soon. might help me mentally to see the lbs magically disappear lol.
