6 day week to get where I want to track it. Surprised I lost two. Had big Easter and two other days above 1700. Fasted two and another in 1300 range. Need to get the exercise in consistently beginning this week. No excuse not to do Leslie on computer! Will start week on Mondays from here. Today will have light day. 500 - 600 cal fast tomorrow with play tomorrow night. Maybe go out on Wed. Fast on Thurs or Fri depending on when I play golf. Maybe anohter good week. Need to plan for what to eat on fast days. What sounds good??
