Week after vacation got the extra 1 lb off. My goal is to be at 245 by July 10th. So 23 lbs. Doable, but I'm actually going to have to start exercising. I plan on lifting moderate weights 4x/wk. I'll probably walk a couple miles 3x/wk. That should make it fairly easy. I hope all of you meet your goals to get healthy as well.
