Thanks, ya know, I watch a lot of Doctor Oz. And yesterday or the day before he said it, that when you eat less carbs, you sleep better, and when you sleep better, your carb. cravings fade away...I have noticed that over the past week. I get a deeper, more relaxed sleep and I wake up with so much energy! It's nuts! and, my carb. cravings are gone! I've never been able to loose weight like this! I feel like I'm in a dream...
