Happy Thursday everyone here on FatSecret! I finally got access on the phone. In Long Beach today. Sitting in front of Starbucks. Playing golf at noon, after seeing my friend Kathy. We usually go to Estate Sales together, but my tee time is early. I'm so happy my knee is totally pain free, and I will be pushing it more soon. Sorry, my tips are minimal from my phone. Warren's Diet Tips of the Day: The one food I have enjoyed most is almonds. Like my tip yesterday said, don't over indulge the almonds. I'm going to do avocados more too. My tip talked about their value also. I love the different waters like Talking Rain and I'm drinking a Propel grape today. Yesterday I was happy with the Pumpkin Seeds, and canned clams, and oysters are good, and the edamame seems like it's working. Still doing too much fast food, but oh well! Have a great one!
