Diario di brisbee, 06 mag 16

I have been on my less than 1000 calories a day diet now for four days. This a.m. my weight dropped a pound..so while it doesn't seem fast enough it is at least not a gain. Exercise is very limited as I have a broken bone in my left foot and have been wearing a cast. Recently the cast was reduced to an ankle/foot type but my hip is very sore from bursitis brought on by swinging the heavier cast around on a daily basis. So swimming would be OK and I will try to get some of that done. Headed in the right direction.
