Im new at all this and doing this alone with handicapped issues is very very tough, but the nice thing about this app is that it is showing me concretely how terrible i have been eating and it shows it all, within an app that runs seamlessly, and allows for additions when you cant find your food. I hope to find connections here, but it is a great tool regardless.
