So my scale's Batteries are Dead, will keep my weigh-in the same as my last weigh-in as FS requested my weigh in today , I will only do my measurements at the end of the month again .
Why do we judge ourselves? due to a number on a scale, if you stand on the scale get off drink 1L of water get on again it will show a gain, but does this mean we are fat or over weight ? NO so why do we feel depressed if we see 1-2kgs gain but we are fit as hell.

It is society's fault... We are bombarded with anorexic models & Hollywood stars, and we think that we are being judged on the same scale as them...

I think so many of us are controlled by THE number. You can have a few women of the same weight and height... and in appearance they could look vastly different, depending on body shape and muscle mass. Water retention, daily intake of liquids; or poop in the bowels can easily make your weight fluctuate by an additional 2 kg throughout the day. We girls, we are COMPLEX creatures!!
