Diario di Five-Two Cowboy, 30 mag 16

The 250's felt like driving across Texas; seems like it took forever. That's 24 lbs since April 11. Slow and steady feels more right than ever despite my impatience. I'm back into some size 38 khakis and there's a crisp 36 hanging in my closet mocking me. I moved the shoes closer and it got real quiet in there. The 5:2 is as advertised so far. I appreciate all my buddies, the people who make this site/app work. Thank you. Vincit qui se vincit!

That's fantastic progress! It always seems slow when we are ready set aside the "fat suit" that has taken over our bodies. You'll soon be wearing those 36's. Looked up your Latin phrase: He who conquers conquers himself. Indeed.

Hey SexyEA. The 5:2 Diet. It's a form of Intermittent Fasting. One two non-consecutive days, I limit myself to 600 calories and the other days I pretty much eat whatever I want. See my food diary. I delay eating occasionally but I don't avoid anything. Oh, I also don't eat before noon and finish by 6 p.m. you'll hear that referred to as 18:6. Learning the lingo is a challenge on here sometimes. I'm digging the 5:2. Let me know if I can help you.
