This is bs this weekend and earlier this week I pigged out I ate ice cream and a lot of things that I shouldn't I gained 6 pounds I don't have time for this kind of set back I need to try on a dress for my wedding in 6 weeks I need to lose in moderation but a 30 pound loss will work to my advantage
