I guess on yesterday's weight. I think I guessed low, because I feel like my abdominal swelling has gone down so my weight should have too. I had some dairy tonight but I stayed away from my other triggers. so I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. My widowed mom is finally marring the man she's been with for 15 years later this month, they just got engaged a few weeks ago. So I have motivation to lose weight. lol.
